Philosophy

My philosophy when working with clients is to integrate multiple evidence-based therapies with an emphasis on cognitive therapies. I believe in the benefits of teaching a variety of skills, while tailoring sessions around the individual needs of the client.

This can include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Dialectical Behavioral therapy

  • Mindfulness

  • Play Therapy
