Counseling for adults

When working with adults, I use a combination of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in addition to traditional talk therapy.  .

Counseling for teens

My work with teens includes skill building through the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  Other behavioral therapies may be used depending on the nature of the presenting concerns.   

Counseling for children

My work with children often includes behavioral therapies, Family Systems, play and art therapies to help your child work through difficult emotions and learn healthy coping skills.
