Insurance

I currently accept most major insurance plans and Medicaid.  As a courtesy to you, I will file your insurance claims.  It is important to understand what your insurance policy entails prior to your first visit.  By contacting your insurance company ahead of time, you will be able to get a better understanding of what is or is not covered and what your personal financial responsibility will be.  Services may be covered in full or partially depending on your plan.

Questions to ask your insurance company:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits, and if so, what do they entail?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • Do I have a co-pay?

  • Do I need preauthorization prior to my visit?

  • What portion of my visit is covered?

  • Is there a limit to the number of visits I am allowed per year?

Payments

Co-payments are due at time of service.  I accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, Discover and Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Cards.  I am happy to discuss payment plans.
